Covid-19 Pandemic damage a lot in everyone's life in different country. As day goes by, there's also an increasing number or covid-19 cases. There are lots of establishments were asked to be closed, the streets were became quiet, the people were asked and forced to stay at home. Everything has changed because of this pandemic. The community were quarantined and the people had a hard time to purchase the need during this pandemic. Many workers were fired due to, the company needs to lessen their expenses because of the slow profit. Not just the parents or the workers were burdened but also the students.

Academic freeze for students.

During this pandemic, online approach for this school year was proposed and approved. Online approach and modular approach. Many students were asking for academic freeze for this school year for reason; unavailability of the gadget to use, unstable internet connection and also the student's distance from school.

I am also a student who is currently struggling with this new normal approach in studies. I chose online learning approach since gadgets and online learning equipment is available. Continuing this academic years were a tough decision for the government. Today, academic freeze were discourage, discourage that makes the students suffer due to volumes of modules for accomplish and unstable internet connection for the online learning approach. We all know that students have these different learning styles that makes them struggle today. I have this habit to discuss the lesson with my fellow students about the topics being discussed, but due to pandemic, not everyone were afford to do video calls and in any other online platforms so, as the result, I study alone.

Many students will be left-behind due to incapability to provide the learning materials for today's new normal approach for this academic year. Since lockdown happens all of a sudden, people were not able to provide the needs especially for the students. Most of the students, especially parents have not enough savings to provide the educational needs of their children especially for the online approach. Also, imagine, the amount of load for the data connection is quite expensive. Instead of paying the load expenses for the online classes, many students were forced not to continue due to paying a lot of money for the class. Also, for the 50 PhP load, we all know that the number of data were limited and there's an approximately 4-5 subjects a day. There are also students where, no matter how much they wanted to proceed, they still need to stop and wait for the pandemic to be over because of their parents who is not afford to provide their educational needs in this new normal times.

The Philippines is currently facing a recession, with the implementation of academic freeze , thousands of teachers will be out of commission further burying us into recession, the economy will die. If the academic freeze will be implemented, the economy of the country will be damaged. It will cause a lot more damage because it deals with the economy of the country.

With these reasons and explanation, it is really hard where to side and where to agree. But instead of giving complaints and any other form complaints, it is important to know what your goal is. Let's think in a positive way. Let's think of this pandemic as a challenge that we need to overcome because this is a challenge that tests our limits. It is really important to keep moving forward and never let anything stop you from dreaming and pursuing what you are aiming. It is important to increase our faith to our God and we need to be safe always. Base on my experiences, I am now struggling because I usually experience breakdowns due to pressures but, I keep on praying and ask for guidance that I will someday, succeed in life no matter what my situation is.
